市民権、永住権保持以外でオーストラリア滞在のご家庭はビザの種類を記載して下さい。（例：ビジネスビザ、学生ビザ等）

＊日本政府からの資金援助を受ける条件の調査のために必要となります。

7. 在学中の兄弟姉妹 ( Name and class of siblings)

8. 翌年に通学する現地校名 (Name of local school, preschool or childcare centre)
